I'm Nicole Lentfer, L.Ac. 

I've ran an acupuncture clinic in Austin, TX for over 20 years.  I've helped hundreds of people overcome their allergies, headaches, back pain, digestive issues, period problems, and so many more things!  

In middle school, in the midwestern town where I grew up in the 80s, I ran across a book on yoga.  After starting this daily practice, 

I found that things that I thought were just "How I Am" may not be so.   

Now my back doesn't hurt any more.  Now I can touch - not just my toes but - PAST my toes. 

I got into Traditional Chinese Medicine years later after an acupuncturist helped me with my severe acne BY CHANGING MY DIET.  

Your body may feel stuck NOW.  But change is inevitable.  Improvements happen with the right tools and the right teacher.
